APPLICATIONS : For Machine coating as well as hand coating of Rotary Screens of all mesh counts.
PROPERTIES : Easy, very smooth and uniform coating layer, Easy Development.
COLOR : Peacock Blue OR Sky Blue (Before Polymerization) Greenish Blue (After polymerization).
RESISTANCE : Chemically and mechanically resistance to all printing paste after Polymerization for 2 hours at 180 C.
DIRECTION OF USE : The Emulsion is to be well mixed with sensitizer one day prior to use and keep Overnight in cool dry place , In order to get uniform & even coating layer the emulsion can be diluted with distilled water ,Use 50 ml of sensitizer for 1000 GMS of
the total Photo Emulsion.
EXPOSURE TIME : Since local working condition can vary Considerably such in respect of source of light , temperature and relative humidity , we recommend that please determine your ideal exposure time.
STORAGE : Not sensitized -----------------------12 to 20 Months ( at 5 to 20 C) Sensitized-----------------------------3 days when stored in cool dry place.
PACKING : Super Coat 555 is available in 20 to 50 kgs of HDPE carboys in sea worthy export packing along with sensitizer.
